ProDocs

Services We Offer

Every service below is delivered by qualified clinical staff, backed by ProDocs' own ambulance fleet and hospital alliance network — not subcontracted, not templated.

Medical Command & On-Site Deployment

End-to-end medical command for events, productions, and industrial sites — physicians, paramedics, nurses, and Medical Safety Officers deployed as one integrated team, led by a designated Medical Coordinator on every engagement.

Occupational Health Centres (OHC) & Compliance

Design, staffing, and ongoing management of Occupational Health Centres under Section 41C of the Factories Act, 1948 — including mandatory periodic medical examinations, employee health audits, and full documentation aligned to the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020.

Ambulance & Emergency Response Fleet

A nationwide fleet of 200+ Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) ambulances, staffed by trained paramedics and EMTs, available for on-site standby or rapid dispatch — engineered for golden-hour response even in remote deployment zones.

First Aid & Emergency Response Training

Red Cross India and American Heart Association (AHA)-certified training in CPR, AED use, trauma management, and mass-casualty preparedness — delivered on-site, nationwide, by working clinicians rather than classroom-only instructors.

First Aid Infrastructure & Kit Management

Custom-specified first aid stations and kits for industrial, aviation (DGCA-compliant), railway, and travel use, with scheduled audits and replenishment — so equipment readiness is never assumed, only verified.

Remote & Difficult-Terrain Medical Support

Purpose-built medical logistics for locations standard providers won't reach — high-altitude and remote-location film shoots, off-grid festival sites, and multi-day expeditions — with pre-arranged local hospital and ambulance backup established before the first day of shoot or setup.

Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA)

Structured, documented risk assessments preceding every major deployment — venue and site walkthroughs, crowd or workforce dynamics analysis, and a written medical and safety blueprint signed off before operations begin.
